These include enhanced Affinities Segmentation in Audiense Insights, a new Report Builder alternative approach in Affinio, and a fresh Customer Journey report template in Soprism. Additionally, you'll now benefit from improved access with Single Sign-On integration for Audiense and Tweet Binder, along with enhanced dashboard duplication and sharing capabilities.

We’re happy to share with you a new alternative approach to our report builder. This option aims to help you navigate Affinio's extensive query options more effectively and find the best queries for your marketing through a "use case" or "workflow" approach. Your feedback on this approach will be applied to future improvements in Insights, as we continue to transition Affinio usage there. Not to worry if you’re a fan of Affinio’s traditional method; the old filter-based approach remains the default. You can still use it as usual while exploring this new, guided approach that helps you uncover options you might not have known existed.

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Customer Journey report template, now available in your Soprism dashboard! Perfect for creative agencies, this template provides a comprehensive view of your audience’s daily habits and mindset.

Accessible via the Reporting section, this report can become an essential part of your data routine, helping you tailor your strategies to better align with your audience’s typical day.

Use Tweet Binder as a convenient source of more advanced conversation-based audiences that you can then extract and re-use in Audiense especially if you do not have a Social Listening tool already.
👉 For example, if you’re looking to study certain conversation-based audiences that aren’t possible in Audiense Insights today - such as those who use a hashtag over a specific date range (vs. the standard 30-day period) - you can easily create that advanced query in Tweet Binder first and then export those users to directly upload into Insights. Even upload the list into Connect first, before Insights, to further apply more advanced filters like location.
We've improved the Affinities segmentation beta to provide a suggested cluster count, removing the guesswork for you. Based on your estimated audience size, we'll make a recommendation for the number of ideal clusters from 2-20. You can still easily overwrite our suggestion to go higher or lower!
🥸 Remember: Fewer clusters offers broad-strokes segmentation, whereas many clusters enables niche and granular differences to surface.
